Reverse the Rebellion is a Christian ministry providing faith-based outreach that feeds people on the streets, shares the Good News through discipleship, and stands with those facing addiction, incarceration, homelessness, trauma, and life-dominating struggles.

  • We collaborate with recovery and governmental programs, churches, and correctional facilities to put literature, life-skill development, and spiritual guidance in the hands of people who have been written off.
  • We join in on the teaching through mentorship, prayer, video and written materials. We also create workshops, do prison outreach and facilitate street cleanups.

We are a community that actually shows up.

  • Every dollar raised goes to feeding the homeless and helping those who are in need.

THE REBELLION

We built our own Babylon and never even knew it.

Same chains. Same tower. Different century.

  • On one side: Old stones — Men hauling brick, stacking a name for themselves.
  • On the other: Modern Tech — signals, screens, noise — still reaching upward (yet) refusing to look up.

The man in the middle is bound – that’s us. Pride, status, money, validation, our strongholds. The hand that keeps feeding. A prison we help construct.

That is the side of the story this ministry was born to reverse. Not a war against brick and mortar. But a call to drop the chains, turn around, and come back to the Father through Christ — the only one who can stand in that gap.

If they're locked up, strung out, sleeping under a bridge, or sitting in a kitchen at 3 a.m. wondering if God still sees them — that is our assignment.

Street Outreach

We cook on the streets — OKC and surrounding communities. BBQ pit blazing, smoke barreling, lines formed... We pick up the trash too — sidewalks, alleys, parking lots, and the corners everybody just walks by.

Prison Ministry

Letters, literature, and raw encouragement written by someone who has been in their shoes. We are here to spit the truth: "God is here to teach you, not beat you." Run to JESUS!!!

Discipleship

This is not a program you just graduate from, BUT A WALK. Mentorship, alongside prayer, and teaching that puts authority back in the hands of people who thought they were finished.

Addiction & Trauma

Support for life-dominating struggles without the religious performance. Grace first... then the long work of getting free and staying free. We are here to support you and connect you with the right resources.

Recovery Partners

We work with churches, recovery houses, and correctional facilities to get Bibles, support, and practical resources where the system usually stops.

Word & Witness

Videos, written material, artwork, workshops, and a public testimony: from the pits of hell, to being rescued. That story though is not the point, His RESURRECTION is...

We pick up the streets.

Humanity was made to look up. Then we stacked pride, money, power, and validation until it became a prison. That is the rebellion. Reverse it. Come home. The dead do not have to stay dead.

KAIROS · GOD’S SPECIAL TIME

Kairos (short for Kairos Prison Ministry International) is a volunteer, interdenominational Christian ministry that goes inside prisons to share the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ.

The name comes from a Greek word meaning “God’s special time” or “the right time.” Volunteers believe prison is often that moment—when hearts can actually hear.

How it works inside the walls:

  • Trained teams of men or women (same gender as the unit) put on a 3½–4 day weekend (Thursday evening through Sunday). It’s often called a short course in Christianity: talks, small-group discussion, chapel, music, meals, and a lot of unconditional love. Chaplains usually select up to about 42 participants, including both positive and negative leaders in the yard.
  • After the weekend, the real work starts. Graduates form small Prayer and Share groups that meet weekly to pray, be honest, and hold each other accountable.
  • Volunteers come back for monthly Reunions where residents themselves lead, share how Jesus is working, and keep the community growing.

The goal isn’t a one-time event. It’s to plant a living Christian community inside the institution—men and women who pray together, encourage each other, and start living differently. Studies and prison staff often note calmer units and lower recidivism among graduates.

Kairos of Oklahoma runs these programs in state facilities and also has Kairos Outside (for women whose lives have been hit by incarceration) and Kairos Torch (for younger offenders). Everything is volunteer-led and funded by donations—no cost to the prisons.

That’s the ministry Reverse the Rebellion walks with: showing up for the weekends, then staying for the long haul with prayer and share, as well as reunions.
